I would like to extend my compliments to reaction officer Christo, on the service I continually receive from him.

He has now been the reacting officer on duty during 2 separate attempted break-in’s at our premises in Brooklyn, and both occasions were handled with fantastic service and with utmost respect to our property.

Both attempted break-in’s were interrupted by Christo, who then waited on-site for me to arrive and assess damages, and he does not leave the property unless he knows I am safely finished with my business and ready to leave the property again. Where needed he lends a helping hand to secure the property and ensure everything is safe.

IMC control room is also highly efficient in passing status updates between officers and clients, and always a pleasure to deal with.
