24 Hour Control Centre

The IMC control room with its sophisticated microprocessor based equipment complies with stringent standards set out by the South African Intruder Detection Services Association in accordance with the requirements of both the insurance and security industries. IMC’s computerisation of our monitoring process reduces the possibility of human error, and increases our speed and efficiency to which we respond to your alarm system and emergencies. We have the capabilities of accessing logs of alarm signals, remote troubleshooting and maintenance, as well as regular monitoring, which may include openings and closings, low battery signals, etc, according to individual client needs. We electronically monitor guards and patrolling companies, while not employing guards or installing access control systems ourselves.

Armed Reaction Force

The IMC reaction force partakes in professional training and is individually evaluated on an ongoing basis. All officers undergo continual training in aspects such as procedures, physical fitness and use of firearms. IMC’s extensive patrol vehicle network covers the greater Pretoria and Centurion areas. Intruder Detection Systems

The IMC technical centre offers complete alarm systems, upgrades and panic units including features to cover incidences such as panic, duress, medical and burglary emergencies. IMC technical offers a full range of well-tested security components such as pet immune passive infra reds, outdoor security systems, CC-TV, electric fencing etc. IMC’s technical staff is all trained in-house so you get to deal with one company and not a multitude of sub-contractors. All systems are designed to be as user – friendly as possible and tailor made to fit your life style and budget. We give free quotations for new installations, upgrades and alarm assessments, and specialise in modifying and upgrading existing systems.

IMC’s technical division has been operating for over 25 years and the reaction force was established in 1994. Die Beheerkamer

Die IMC Beheerkamer is toegerus met hoogsgevorderde elektroniese toerusting en voldoen aan die streng standaarde wat deur die waghond in die sekuriteitsbedryf, SAIDSA, daar gestel is.

Die gebruik van rekenaar aangedrewe toerusting in die beheerkamer verminder die kans van menslike oordeelsfoute wat mag ontstaan tydens die verwerkingsproses van die alarmsein wat ontvang is.

Dit dra ook by tot die spoed en doeltreffendheid tydens verwerking van die alarmsein wat dan veroorsaak dat die reaksietyd baie vinnig is.

Die beheerkamer se databasis beskik oor die vermoë om die geskiedenis van die alarmsisteme vir ‘n lang tydperk te berg. Dit help die tegniese afdeling om instandhouding en foutopsporing van alarmsisteme vanaf die kantoor te doen.
